30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase of any SoilWand product, we will gladly refund your money within 30 days of your order.

Refund/Return Policy Details:

• The 30-day guarantee period begins from the date your SoilWand is delivered to the shipping address or the date you received your SoilWand if purchased in person.
  
  
• This guarantee applies to all products sold directly by Botaniworld, LLC. For purchases made on other sites like Amazon or Walmart, please follow the respective resellers' procedures for returns.
  
  
• Refunds will be issued only to the original credit card used for the purchase of your SoilWand product. In the event that the card has been closed or canceled, we can still provide a credit to the originating card provider. Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to be processed. Please note that credit will not be issued until we receive and process the return. Depending on your location please allow 1-5 business days transit time and 1-3 business days for processing before your credit will be issued.
  
  
• To facilitate your refund, please provide us with your original order confirmation email or order number, as we require verification of your purchase.
  
  
• We will email you a postage-paid return label that you can easily print out and affix to your return shipment. In certain circumstances, we reserve the right to issue a full refund without requiring the return of the item. In such cases, it will be the customer's responsibility to dispose of the item(s) properly.
  
  
• Please ensure that all items are returned. If any items or parts are missing, we reserve the right to withhold the refund or provide a prorated credit.
